The Hatton Garden Heist has been described as the worst care home day out ever.
Residents of the Weeping Willows Home for the Nearly Dead were placed aboard a mini bus for a day of fun and ended up as labourers for the heist.
'It wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be' said Harry Burton, 92.
'I had to drill these holes in the wall. I kept needing the loo but they said I couldn't go until I finished. There was a pool of piss by the end.'
And Mable Hornchurch, 87, said 'Dragging bags of swag up 3 flights of stairs wasn't much pleasant.'
'There was no tea and scones at the end of it or a sing along to Daniel O'Donnell's greatest hits.'
'When all is said and done, it was a shite day out.'
