Police watchdog groups have warned that budget cuts will lead to a greater degree of police bastardness.
Discussing the trend towards a more violent and paramilitary style police force, Duncan Hulme, chair of Police Restructuring Investigation Committee (P.R.I.C.) said 'This funding gap is of great concern'.
'We already have a group of thin-skinned, psychologically damaged and, as children, bullied and ignored by their parents, men and women serving.
'This will lead to retribution wedgies and vindictive parking tickets.'
He continued 'I had a genuine urge to actually serve my community once so thought I would join. However they discovered I had never voted BNP or UKIP and that my parents were married when I was born so was banned for life.'
