Liverpool 2 - 0 West Ham
Raheem Sterling answered his critics today by kicking a football repeatedly against a barn door.
Sterling, who has been far from prolific, stood 18 whole inches away from the door and knocked the ball up against it over 3 times.
'People always criticise my goal scoring rate but today I showed that barn door. Plus later on I was able to hit this mesh thing against West Ham and apparently that's important.
Sterling's first goal was added to later by Sturridge but not before Sterling was given a yellow card for trying to bring the barn door onto the pitch.
'I wanted the fans to see it. I can do it and I could have shown thousands today but the ref said it was 'disrupting play' whatever that means.
The barn door is suing for ABH.
