Anyone that has ever competed in any kind of endurance obstacle course must use a picture of themselves looking exhausted and covered in mud as their Facebook profile photo it was announced.
Director of the Gritty Mudder's Are Better Than You Race, Charlie 'Kong' McDowell said,
'Our racers are the toughest examples of extreme humanity. Everyone else is weak and pathetic.'
He continued 'Showing just how extreme you are in your profile picture is compulsory to make everyone else feel even more inadequate.'

We surveyed those who took part in the races. Mainly accountants, vets and solicitors, each expressed how their inability to hit a nail into wood or wire a plug was no judgment on their worth.
