David Cameron and George Osborne have announced that they may consider cutting the top rate of income tax.

The current rate of 45% would drop to an annual payment of a tin of ravioli.

'This is a fair and progressive tax' said David Cameron

'It won't be any old tin of ravioli. Top rate tax payers will be forced to go to Asda and stand near working class people.'

He continued 'That is penance enough don't you think?'

The tax cut is to be paid for by a tax on watching Coronation Street, eating Domino's pizza and playing bingo.

This has been roundly criticised by social justice campaigners. Inconsiderate, blinkered and with an oily sheen, David Cameron in 47.
