The news that the BBC accidentally announced on mutliple occasions that the Queen was dead was not entirely incorrect it has emerged.
Although Her Madge is still breathing and alive, she reportedly hid under her bed covers when she heard Charles was visitting.
Speaking to her lady in waiting, Her Majesty supposedly said 'Christ, that wet fool is here. I don't want to speak to him. Tell him I'm dead or something. But tell him my will names William as my heir. That will be good for a laugh.'
Buckingham Palace representatives would not be drawn on Her Majesty's alledged behaviour. However they did release a statement that read:
'Her Majesty was indisposed this afternoon. She wishes to reiterate her support for her son ascending to the throne in the same way 1980s style pasta could support the weight of Pavarotti.'
