Mario Balotelli, Liverpool striker and serial non-scorer finally hit the back of the net last night.
Balotelli hit the winner in a 3-2 win over Spurs.
Balotelli said, 'I have been wearing the red shirt for months. Stylistically I like it. But apparently wearing it means I have to score goals. I was really enjoying running around on the grass wearing a swanky red shirt. It was fun.
He continued 'The manager told me that I had to earn the money I was being paid. Earn. Earn!!! I was devastated.
