Mark Dawe, head of the OCR Exam Board, has said students should be allowed to Google in exams.

Answering questions on the subject today, Mr. Dawe said 'Modern life means we are all connected.'

'We have a hive of human knowledge at our fingertips at all times. This would be a measure of being able to use it to your advantage.'

And if the battery on your smart phone runs out?

'Er, I don't know. I only came up with this after having a massive acid flash back. Leave me alone man.'

Professor Charles Langtree of Felchfield Polytechnic said in response 'This is not a measure of ability. It is a measure of how well you can plagiarise.'

'Admittedly the internet does mean I have not read an original student essay for over 15 years now.'

'But his goes too far. Lets just give them the bloody answer sheet and have done with it. I can go home and put my feet up and have tea and custard creams.'

'Must better than attempting to teach this shower of bastards.'
