Natalie Bennett, Green Party leader, has said her unfunded policy promises can be paid for.
'We have found a valuable source of wealth' she said.
'The tears of the unicorn, which weeps for our planet, are made of pure diamonds, platinum and organic houmous.'
She continued 'Admittedly the diamonds and platinum need the houmous cleaning off them. When the unicorn cries it looks like it's got a horrific eye infection.'
'But we can fund both building houses and saving the environment by not building houses now.'
'And we plan to do that by using Pixie dust.'
