Just. Not. Funny.
Satirical newspapers and magazines are struggling to find the light side of the Nepalese earthquake it was announced today.

'The Morning Gerald', accepted as without doubt Britain's finest satire paper by its editor, said they just couldn't find the funny.

'It's a crushing struggle' said Andy Myers, Editor and Scorpio.

'Usually we can find some angle to mercilessly rip the piss out of.'

'But it's such a horrific fucking human tragedy that all we can think of doing is a weird meta piece where we report on our inability to report on it.'

'And then mention that we are thinking of doing a meta piece within the meta piece which just becomes a self-fulfilling,  eternally continuing pile of postmodern self-satisfied shite.'

'And frankly that sounds fucking dire.'
