Volvo has released it's new self parking technology across it's range of cars and vans it was announced today.
Using a system they call BiMPS (Biological Matter Protection System), the vehicle uses extravehicular humans as buffers to protect the car and its occupants.
'We discovered that the human body has unique properties' said Sven Gundt, chief safety officer at Volvo.
'The combination of soft pliable flesh covering a strong yet flexible endo-skeleton provides a superior stopping material than plastics and metal.'
'So this system finds humans and aims for them when you need to stop. The impact is without doubt the most comfortable crash you will ever encounter.'
'Bonnet cleaning and de-boning of the radiator grill is not included.'
