Local elections in North Korea have, for the first time, added a second candidate apart from the Kim Jong-Un chosen person.
Named in all elections as 'Mr. Certain Agonising Death', this is a move by North Korea to answer its critics that it is a drmocratic country as its official name suggests.'
'We truly offer a choice' said a government official.
'You can vote for our Supreme Leader. Or the other candidate. The advantage of the vote for the other candidate is you will win a prize.'
