German Chancellor Angela Merkel has announced a new state is to be added to the German Federation.
Named 'Bavarigreece', it is the first non-contiguous state in the history of post-war Germany.
'This is an exciting time for the German people' said Merkel.
'Minister-President Tsipras has formally signed the constitutional amendment know as the Dignity Deferral Act.'
'I look forward to trying my first Wiener Schnitzel Moussaka.'
'But my greatest wish and desire is to feel proud that Germany is now officially the birthplace of democracy and all we had to do was buy it.'
