Chancellor George Osbourne has announced he has made the best possible deal to sell RBS and recoup the peoples money.
Speaking from 11 Downing Street, Mr. Osbourne said 'We have made a great deal.'
'For four whole pound and a packet of quavers, we have sold RBS to a group of private investors who are completely politically neutral.'
'That is, they are neutral in the same way Fox News is fair and balanced and neutral in the way we want the BBC to be.'
'This money will immediately be invested into the education system so that poorer schools can purchase news equipment.'
