David Cameron is set to lay out his plans on how to help and re-house thousands of Syrian refugees it has been announced.
Using budget from other departments, Mr. Cameron said 'This crisis has reached tipping point.'
'I say to you now: No more cute children dying.'
'As such, in order to help this crisis, we have taken money from the refugee camps in Syria and will be giving it to those who have made it to Europe.'
'Think of it as £200 for passing Go, or Kos in this case.'
